Desired finish results are delivered by the variable speed dial letting you set the maximum speed from 0-600/3500 rpm for different materials and applications. The electronic control maintains specified speed under load delivering desired finish results. Speed is controlled from 0 to dialed maximum setting by variable speed trigger. Dewalt DWP849 has heat-treated, precision-cut steel gears for smooth operation, external brush carps for easy servicing, large spindle lock button allows for easy and quick backing plate changes.
